Internship and Field Experience Information
Students are required to complete 9 credits (405 hours) of Internship. This must be done in the student's last semester. All prerequisites, including EXSS 410 and EXSS 411 must be completed prior to the final semester.
Students are required to complete 3 credits of Field Experience. These may be completed during separate semesters or all together. Students may complete their field experiences during spring, summer, fall or winter.
Previous Internship and Field Experience Sites:
Internships must be at a health fitness facility; PT sites are not acceptable for internships, as all of EXSS492 class requirements cannot be completed at a PT site.
